Your password may not work when logging on to E-BillPay the first time after the upgrade. Contact customer service to receive a temporary password. You will be prompted to enter a new password and answer security questions. After your security questions are answered, click 'Forgot your User ID/Password' for future password resets.
Enroll in E-BILL by using your 10-digit account number found in the top right hand corner of your invoice
To schedule AUTOMATIC payments, go to "My Recurring Payments" then "Add Recurring Payment"
PAPER BILLS will not be sent to customers with on-line accounts
